How quickly can you translate my project?
Our normal turnaround time is 2,000 words per day for a standard translation and 1,500 words per day for a technical translation, with a minimum delivery time of 48 hours.

Do you offer an Express Service?
Yes, we do offer an Express Service. Our express turnaround time is 3,000 words per day for a standard translation and 2,500 words per day for a technical translation, with a minimum delivery time of 24 hours.

What formats can you deliver my translation in?
We can deliver your translation in almost all software formats, or we can print it out and send it to you by normal mail. Please specify in the Instructions section of the Free Estimate Form you preferred delivery format.

What if my file is too big to send by your form?
We have set the Free Estimate form to allow files of up to 1MB in size. If your file is bigger than that then please let us know the size of the file in the Instructions section and we will make the necessary arrangements to accept the file.

What if I need to send more than three files by your form?
You can either send the form as many times as necessary to send all of your files, or in the case where you have a lot of files please write in the Instructions section and we will make the necessary arrangements to accept them.
