What do you mean by a high quality translation?
We consider a high quality translation to be one that not only makes perfect
sense in the target language, but also takes into account all of the nuances
of the original.
Why do you only offer five language pairs?
We could translate in other combinations of our language pairs, but we
don't because we can not guarantee a perfect translation in them. Instead
we choose to specialize in the language pairs we know best!
Why don't you outsource?
All projects
are translated in-house to ensure the highest quality and strict adherence
to deadlines. When you outsource you are only as good as the external
translator, we are not willing to take that risk!
Could I get away with using a machine translation?
In a word, no! If your finished text is to be published in any media,
we would strongly advise you to pay for a professional translation. The

So, you never use software to help with your translations then?
Actually we do! We use CAT (Computer Aided Translation) software, including
the industry standard CAT application, Trados. A CAT tool is a computer
program that helps a translator to work efficiently and use consistent
terminology.
What about confidentiality?
Rest assured,
we take confidentiality very seriously and we would never show or discuss
your private business with anyone. We will also happily sign a non-disclosure
agreement if you require us to.
