One-off Rates for Business Correspondence
Our normal rates for business correspondence fall between 0.12 Euros and 0.25 Euros per word of the source text (with a minimum rate of 40.00 Euros for any project). Rates vary depending on factors such as the language pair, complexity, source text format, delivery format and whether it is a standard or technical text.

Special Packages for Business Correspondence
If your organization has regular correspondence with a Slovak company you can choose between three different translation packages that we offer and make significant savings on the cost per word.

Bronze: 99 Euros per month
Translation of multiple emails (in any language pair) up to 1000 words. This works out at less than 0.10 Euros per word of the source text.

Silver: 199 Euros per month
Translation of multiple emails (in any language pair) up to 3000 words. This works out at less than 0.07 Euros per word of the source text.

Gold: 299 Euros per month
Translation of multiple emails (in any language pair) up to 7500 words. This works out at less than 0.04 Euros per word of the source text.
