We define a standard translation as one where the text is mainly made up of common words and aimed at the general public. In other words, it is a translation of a non-technical text. Please note that a specific themed translation, aimed at a certain group of people, may still fall into the category of a standard translation if the actual text is not technical.
Rates for Standard Translations
Our rates
for a standard translation vary depending on a number of different factors
such as the language pair, source text format, delivery format and the
required turnaround time.
We are able to work in all formats and can deliver the final translation in a number of electronic formats, or else we can print out the translation and send it by conventional post. We offer two different turnaround services: Normal and Express.
- Normal Standard Service: we can translate approximately 2,000 words per day (Minimum delivery time: 48 hours).
- Express Standard Service: we can translate approximately 3,000 words per day (Minimum delivery time: 24 hours).
