5 Step Quality Process

We impose the most stringent quality controls to ensure that every translation is of the highest quality. The following 5 step process has been developed to help achieve this:

1. We begin by looking at the original text, making sure that it is complete and without any mistakes. We then choose the most suitable translator for that particular project.

2. The translation is then worked on by a native speaker of the target language (e.g. a text from English into Slovak is translated by a native Slovak speaker).

3. The translation is then checked to ensure that the original translator has understood all the nuances of the original text.

4. The translation is then spell-checked and proof-read by a second native speaker of the target language.

5. The final draft is then checked one last time to make sure it is in the correct format and where necessary is tested (e.g. in different browsers for web translations) before being delivered to the customer.
